Question / Help Second streaming pc

Hi,

I have a htpc which I do not need anymore due to a raspberry pi replacement. Maybe I am able to use it as a dedicated streaming pc with a capture card beside my gaming pc.

Specs
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640, 4x 3.00GHz
RAM: 4GB, DDR3-1333, CL9-9-9
MB: ASUS M4A88TD-M Evo/USB3
+ SSD

Will I be able to stream 1080p60 with a capture card like the Elgato Game Capture HD 60 Pro?
