Question / Help Second monitor windows keeps minimizing

So i have cs go on my first monitor.. i play 1024 stretched with gpu scaling on...

I minimize game, i setup second monitor with chat, and then another tab with twitchallerts. So 2 tabs opened on second monitor, with split screen, so 1 window on the left of the second monitor, and another on the right of the second monitor.

but when i maximaze cs go, 1 window on the second monitor always minimizes automatically...

Any help?
