Second Monitor not detected

Two monitors, duplicate HP type, my monitor Display is correctly labeled. 1 Plugged into Graphcis card NVIDIA 1 Plugged into PCI.

I dont even get this, this has been a problem for over 2 years.
Solution? Close app, restart comp.
Didn't work? Restart comp again.
3rd restart? BOOM OBS WORKS LIKE NORMAL!!!!
I found my own resoluition.... keep freakin' restarting your comp until the software 'fixes' itself?
This is a f'ing joke!

Sometimes changing: "Properties" Capture Method: from automatic - to - Windows 10 (1903 and up) sometimes works? randomly? Sometimes it does nothing? And I just have to restart the comp and pray OBS detects my monitor.

Again this is 2-years worth of this. OBS is unstable, unreliable, and intermittent... but it's free and open-source. Someone help these guys.
P.S. Also had probably over a dozen OBS updates in 2 years, and still no fix.
Edit: I orginally came here to ask for help, but after my 3rd comp restart, OBS is working fiiinnnneeee.... probably not tomorrow tho.

I understand I have negativity and language, but why isn't this comment approved?
(cant edit anymore, cant edit language)

Please fix your software, it's been years, falsely detecting active monitors. This is not fun.

I have 2 desktop pc's. Both running windows 10 Pro, latest version.
One desktop has 2 monitors and OBS is installed and working accordingly with those 2 monitors.
The other desktop has 4 monitors with OBS installed and all 4 monitors working accordingly with OBS.
All 6 monitors are set up for Display capture.
When I want to switch from one monitor to the other, or switch to one of the 4 monitors on the other PC, I use hot keys.
Makes switching very easy.

Thanks @Blackink, that's helpful!

@rockbottom, maybe, but i've swapped out PCI with GPU Video direct with Motherboard and it's equally intermittent. That's the thing, Dual-montors works fine for me. But sometimes it doesn't dectect Monitor 1 or Monitor 2. Leading me to:

I haven't responded because I haven't had a Log File yet; no issues in about a week. ~7 days later, happens again.
Restarting comp sometimes works, sometimes doesn't work. Trying again a day-or-two later times works. It's so... strange.
- Uploaded Log File.

(is it safe for me to share this?)
Thanks for your help!

Disable HAGS & Game DVR to start.

I suspect your Profile may be bugged with all that BS going on, not wasting my time looking at SE errors. Create a new Profile with just (1) Scene/Source no SE & test.

I would also update to the latest Nvidia driver. 556.12 could be causing some issues since you have identical monitors. This is from the release notes for driver 560.81

Fixed General Bugs

  • [GeForce Experience/NVIDIA App] If GPU utilization gets stuck at 0% within Performance overlay, games may display stutter [4720547]
  • Full range of refresh rates not available on same monitors [4752570]
  • NVIDIA Container showing high CPU utilization [4745922]
