Question / Help Second Monitor doesn't appear as option in "Fullscreen Projector" Mode

Title pretty much says it. I'm wanting to use a second monitor to view the program panel in fullscreen mode, so that I'm able to monitor and send that to a video board while still controlling OBS on the laptop. My monitor is connected to the laptop's video card via HDMI, however, if I right click the program window, only the computer's display is listed as an option to project to. I've tried seemingly everything and searched these forums and elsewhere and can't seem to figure out the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Can you make a windowed preview, drag it to the 2nd monitor, and then set it to full screen?

I'm putting you in my last will and testament. This solution works! And as it turns out, the reason the second display wasn't visible in the projector mode menu is because I hadn't set the monitor to 'extend display' as opposed to mirrored. Thank you so much for your help!
