I've tried messing with my setting for my obs to record and my second audio track doesn't record even when i have it selected. and when i make my settings low to the point where the recording to super blurry, that audio track shows up. Then when i try up make the quality better the audio track doesn't record. I'm not sure what to do to make my video quality good and have both audio tracks :((

heres a log if you need it: https://gist.github.com/de18b9d16741e388480874c72006b1a6

pls post a full log with recording attempt.
you are probably using flv file which does not support multitrack. Try another

I have mp4 as my file type and here's my logs
In this log the quality was good but only my desktop (headphone) audio recorded and my mic audio didnt
And when i use 2 audio tracks the video becomes blurry when there is fast movement

Save to mkv if you're doing multitrack audio.
And don't expect both tracks to play at the same time when you're checking in a media player.

your log - you should start obs, record, exit obs, attach latest file from log folder to post

you seem to be mixing settings for two encoding methods
first you try to record with x264 crf method which has bitrate 1000 - it lags on your apu because it too slow and you did not change to ultrafast
then you switch to VCE which seems to work fine but the setting of 1000 bitrate stays for VCE on obs settings and its way too low for it. so you end with pixelation which is fine for 1000 bitrate on VCE

try 10000 or 15000 bitrate for VCE it should be ok
