Question / Help Sea of Thieves not showing up PLEASE HELP

At the moment I'm using a display capture to stream this game but I really hate it. It doesn't work with game capture or window capture and is the only game I have that does this. I know certain windows apps have this problem, but I have 2 friends that use OBS and can stream this game perfectly fine with a game capture so I'm assuming at this point it's just me.

I've already tried running both as administrator as well so I'm really uncertain. Any help would be appreciated

Just to add fuel to the fire, I see the same thing on several games (The Outer Worlds and World of WarCraft). The strange thing is they work the first time I streamed them (and only once) and now everytime I try to, I see the same thing you see above. I would say that it could be XBOX Game Pass PC but it happens with WoW too. If I find a solution (here or elsewhere) I'll relay it back.
