Question / Help SD IN OBS-Help please

I have SD video and even the HD video I have I would like top output from OBS as SD 4:3 aspect ratio. I have adjusted the base resolution to 480X360 but I am still getting a 16:9 preview screen. Is there a way to just make an SD preview screen? Thanks.

I don't understand what you're trying to ask. Please go into more detail with your post. (What are you trying to stream, what the issue is with it, and post a log with that). the more we understand your question, the more we can help you.
