Question / Help Scrolling text?

I know this has been asked before, but my OBS doesn't show how to do scrolling text. It is not in the text properties, and i also cannot add a scrolling effect in effects. Any idea? Please tell me if i'm being stupid, i'm new to OBS.

right click on the text go to filters click + to add filter and then go to scroll and adjust the sliders

i can see effect filter box on your picture on the left of your text .... click on the + sign at the bottom then you will see it
