Scrolling Text!

Hey guys,
I just checked the list for missing features but scrolling text is not in there. For streamers with local music files and donations it might come in handy to have the scrolling text again :)

It's the only feature for me missing for a full stream. (Hotkeys and stuff can be substituted ;)

It'll be in at some point (as a filter so you can use it on all sources), just haven't had time to get around to it, it's a little bit lower priority than a few other features at the moment.
