I don't know that this is a bug, I think it's probably due to me not knowing OBS Studio and having a setting flipped on by accident. Basically, I have it so that OBS reads what is playing on Spotify for while I'm doing pre-stream things, and have it on a scrolling text so it's more relaxed and interesting, and regardless of length it fits on screen at the same size.
The issue is it has a little bit of the text above the text, which sounds confusing, so there's a photo attached. As you can see if you look at it closely, there's small lines above the a, s' and o's. It's not a huge deal but it's just enough to be bothersome.
