I have a space on my layout for the traditional text labels; I want to set up OBS to scroll text horizontally only if the text string is longer than the bounding box set up within the Transform menu. Ideally, this would mean that the text would be static if there was a shorter username, and scroll if the text was longer than the bounding box (username + donation amounts that are long in combination).
So, for example, this is what the username looks like normally. I have set up the bounding box to be the height and width of the darker box. However, if the text input is bigger than the bounding box (longer, I guess), I want it to scroll. Otherwise, I'd like it to stay static.
I've messed around with the "Limit Height" and Width options within the Scroll filter, and it doesn't seem to do what I'd like it to. Is this possible?
