Bug Report Scroll Issue (0.15.0)

My problem might be related to a similar post made today, but I believe I'm no longer able to LOOP an image while scrolling, but rather now I have to wait for the image to completely disappear, before it shows up again to scroll across the screen.

If I am doing this incorrectly, or there is a new way to loop the image while scrolling, please let me know, thank you!
