Bug Report Scroll filter issue

When setting a negative value for the scroll filter to have text scroll to the right the text disappears. If using a positive value the issue does not occur and the text reappears in it's normal cycle.

Same here with negative value. With positive value the text ends and it starts on the left side from the box. Looks verry bad.
