Question / Help Scroll Delay please!

First off, I have to say I'm absolutely impressed with OBS. And for free? Get outta town. So thank you to everyone who works on this project.

I have a suggestion for a feature.

Like many others, I like to display scrolling text during my live streams. Since too much repetition can get annoying, I minimize the amount of times the scroll runs across the screen by adding the maximium amount of spaces to the line of text. By doing so, I can get a maximum of about 3 - 4 minutes between scrolls. But for a show streaming almost two hours, that's still a lot of repetition. Would developers please consider adding some sort of "delay" feature where the scroll becomes inactive for a certain amount of time before scrolling only once, then loop that scroll/delay?

So I just asked a fellow online DJ and the way he achieved this effect is that instead of scrolling text, he put each group of words into a jpg image and then just set them to run as a slide show and was then able to specify the method and fade of the delay between images.
