Question / Help Scripting Button Missing

I'm trying to play around with some custom scripts. However, the Tools->Scripting menu item seems to be missing.

On the left is a YouTube video I found and on the right is what I see:

Update to the current version of OBS. Scripting was introduced with version 21.x.
