Script log error in Lower third.

Hello,
My Lower third is working properly but whenever I start OBS I Get this script log "

[lower-thirds_hotkeys.lua] Error calling script_load: ...mated-Lower-Thirds/lower thirds/lower-thirds_hotkeys.lua:436: C:/Program Files/obs-studio/Animated-Lower-Thirds/lower thirds/../common/js/hotkeys.js: Permission denied". Cn anyone help me to stop comming this script log?

I just installed OBS and then installed that "Lower Third" dock on my brand new fully updated Win11 machine, got that same error, but the logo & text never show up in the Preview or Program windows ...
