Screenshots of OBS Washed Out After Update

I just updated OBS after using it for like 7 months or so and now when I screen shot the video to make a thumbnail its all washed out. This doesn't happen when I screenshot anything else. I think its because of HDR, but I don't know how to disable this in OBS. Suggestions?
