Screenshots in DirectX games

It would be nice that OBS could do screenshots in DirectX games. Now I have to use game capture mode and there is no ability to take screenshot. How about adding this feature to OBS? Are there any plans of adding this?

Eventually, maybe, if someone contributes it. Are you really unable to take a screenshot in any other way, e.g. with the game's own functionality, via Steam/Uplay/Origin etc.?

It seems that there is no free software for taking screenshots in DirectX games. Greenshot doesn't work with DirectX, it's for desktop screen capturing purposes, So the best approach would be use game capture and then just cut the frame. About in-game functionality. It's worthless actually, I don't use that. It's better to cut the frame.
