Screenflow Desktop Image is really bad :(

Hi all.

OBS just won't give me a good image. I have tried everything. It is driving me bonkers.

Screenflow is fine. Can anyone help?

Left is Screenflow and right is OBS

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I see people who have loads of encoder options, but my 2018 iMac only has one.

Please, can anyone help?
