You're overloading your GPU and CPU
Make sure your drivers are up to date
Don't put a Display Caputer Source and Game Capture Source in the same scene That's just asking for issues and could be the source of the issues
Always make sure your audio sources are all set to the same rate Your's are not Which causes audio rendering lag or other issues
