Screen tearing while streaming Warzone

Hey guys please help me I don't know what to do anymore. I tried many things but nothing seems to work.

My PC specs:
Intel Core i9-9900k
32 GB RAM
RTX 3070

My pc does screen tearing when I start stream, FPS drops for about 5-10 that's not the problem, usually I get 120-130 fps and 100-115 while streaming but it feels like I got 60-70...

Recommend running your monitors at 120hz instead of 144hz. 120 provides an even pulldown of 4:1 to the 30fps you're streaming at, and will result in smooth frame pacing, with less judder.
If you have GSync turned on, TURN IT OFF. GSync is not compatible with streaming software, and is the #1 cause of screen-tearing on-stream.
