Question / Help Screen tearing even during low settings

I'm currently attempting to record a video at 720/30, but the end result always has some screen tearing, even if I lower the resolution further. I've ensured the encoding isn't overloaded with my current settings, and I've also read through other posts here with similar-sounding issues, but I haven't been able to fix it myself.

Hi everyone,

After tinkering around, I figured out my problem was with my laptop's display driver being the Microsoft basic one (long story on why I use that). I switched it over to to the Intel HD Graphics 4K that was preinstalled, and I'm all good. In case anyone also has this issue.
