Screen Tearing during stream

Hi guys, I have a problem: I stream with my Xbox Series S using a capture card. When I'm in live on Twitch the framerate is good, the resolution is good, everything is good but there's this annoying Screen Tearing. The first possible answer would be "it's your pc!" but I changed the OBS streams options various times before start streaming and I had no screen tearing before so what could be the problem?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
