I'm trying to stream with a dual pc setup, and I believe there's a problem between OBS and Twitch, it starts to tear and sample colors into big meshes that make the stream unwatchable, I have provided a clip below as well from twitch. And listed my specs.
My capture card is an Elgato HD60 Pro and has the most recent drivers installed.
Btw, it doesn't matter what game I try to stream, it still does the tearing part on and on again. At some points, it looks flawless, and at some points, it looks like the following clips describe.
