If I rescale my base resolution of 2560x1440 to 1920x1080 in the global "Video" settings, everything works fine.
When removing this global rescale and attempting to rescale the stream to 1080p and record in the base resolution of 1440p. The capture input becomes a glitchy split-screen mess; it flickers and moves around, splitting the image.

Note: I didn't not change any settings during the recording, these glitches just happen on their own.
