Ok, first.. don't record to MP4 directly. Record to FLV if you're recording a single audio track, or MKV if you're recording multiple separate tracks, and remux to MP4 with the menu item "remux recordings" in the file menu afterwards.
If you record directly to mp4 and a crash or other problem occurs during recording, the entire file will be unrecoverable, and there's absolutely no advantage to this format.
Second-- your GPU is overloaded trying to render the screen you're recording.

Looking at your specifications, I'd say the computer your using is much too underpowered for using with OBS. It looks like it's a 2008 MacBook Pro, yes? If you want to have a chance of using it, I think you need to drop your base resolution down to 720p or smaller.
