screen recording only showing few images captured

Hi,

I am new to OBS Studio and tried my first few screen recordings. All of them show just how three screenshots. It looks like there are three images being captured and in the middle of them, there is nothing. Why is this?
BTW this was not the case in the very first screen recording where the pixel quality was very low.
