Screen Recording Audio Echo or Reverb Problem

I'm simply recording my PC's screen and audio - no microphone or line-in is plugged-in or even enabled in Sound Settings. I hear a faint reverb in the audio recorded by OBS Studio which is not in the original source as it's being recorded. I'm only recording the audio from my "Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)". All other Global Audio Devices are set to Disabled. My monitoring device is set to my only other choice - "Realtek Digital Output (Realtek High Definition Audio)". In Advanced Audio Properties, Audio Monitoring is set to "Monitor Off".

I've attached the log file. I tried attaching the rar'd or zip'd video (about 1 MB) but they're rejected as too large. Interestingly enough, when I saved only the audio using AviDemux, the reverb is gone, I don't understand why it would be obvious in the video file but not in an extracted audio file.

Anyhow, I'd appreciate some advice on how to get rid of this reverb, or how to upload the 12-second example video if needed.

SOLVED. The video player was adding the reverb. Duh. Sorry to have wasted your time on this.

My answer to Cyclemat: I'm recording the analog speaker-out, and I switched to monitor the digital output jack in an attempt to solve the problem.

More about my solution: When I tried to attach my 12-second video clip to my original thread posting and the forum rejected it as too large, I went into AviDemux and used Audio -> Save Audio to save the audio as an mp3 file. When I played that file there was no reverb. I mentioned this in my original posting, but didn't connect the dots until now, 2 days later, that it must be the video player I was using which added the reverb. What a dummy I was to not try a different video player before posting my question, or by spending the approx 8 hours trying to solve the problem through configuration, installation of various versions of the audio driver in my operating system, etc. Anyhow, my preferred player, PotPlayer, was, set (by default?) to Audio -> Audio Effects -> Crystality. When I played using VLC instead, there was no reverb. I turned off Crystality in PotPlayer and the reverb is no longer being added. I apologize to anyone who wasted time looking into my problem.
