Question / Help Screen keeps going blurry and pixalated

I am trying to set up my happauge Rocket with obs multiplatform and it will capture and be doing good and then it well lag and become really pixalated for a minute or so and go back to normal. This will happen multiple times each about 5 min apart. But when i use the happauge capture itself or any other form it works perfectly fine no interruptions. please help

Probably has something to do with the device's compression. Can't say for entirely sure because I haven't been able to replicate.
