Screen keeps going blurry and pixalated?.

Hello,

I am trying to set up my happauge Rocket with obs multiplatform and it will capture and be doing good and then it well lag and become really pixalated for a minute or so and go back to normal. This will happen multiple times each about 5 min apart. But when i use the happauge capture itself or any other form it works perfectly fine no interruptions.
