Screen is Black. Not capturing either Desktop or Browser

Hi folks

I am a new user. I tried OBS many years ago and couldn't get it to work properly. Now I'm trying it again.

The problem I'm having is OBS is not capturing my screen. Neither the Display capture or browser is showing anything. IT's just a black screen. Evrything else works fine - webcam and mic, no problem.

Pls assist.
