Hey there,
some weird thing is going on here. If I use the screen capture to record a game (e.g. Minecraft), everything works well ingame and also the output is fine with 60fps. But one thing is really annoying, it's kinda stuttering around, so it seems to jump some frames back randomly.
I uploaded a video showing it (expecially look at it in the first seconds) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABpeNG654vw&feature=youtu.be
So my system specs are:
GPU: GTX 960
CPU: AMD FX-8320E - 3.20 GHz
RAM: 16GB
and here are my OBS settings:
Please note: I used CQP Rate control and the CQP value is 23, but the rest on the image is like the actual settings.
I am pretty sure, there is an easy explanation, so if you would reply here, I would be very happy :)
Have a great day,
Florenzius
