Hi, I'm on the internet watching a guy talking about something, I want to make a video file of what I'm seeing on line.
I do not want to download the file from the website (as in youtube download software), I want to make film footage from what I can see on the desktop (screen capture).
Question 1) Can the owner of the website detect me screen capturing his video? Is it safe?
Question 2) Why does the web address always appear on this software if it isn't just another down loader program?
