Question / Help Screen Capture not displaying screen, possible fix?

hello, i know how to use OBS to a basic point and i know how to stream and record and where everything is. However i have a problem. my original screen broke and needed to be replaced. i went from a 1920x1080p to a 1366x768p screen cuz my father went to weird shop. and since then, when i would add the screen capture scene in OBS, it wont show up and the screen would be black and i tried going into properties but nothing helped, is there anything i can do that you know?
