Question / Help Screen capture isn't working

I don't know much about the system but I've seen a lot of videos on how to use OBS but for some reason my screen capture or game capture isn't working.
 
If you are on a laptop or all-in-one system (computer built into a monitor), read this:

If you are not on a laptop or AIO, please provide a logfile from a recording session at least 30 seconds in length.

Also please note, Monitor Capture should only ever be used as an absolute last resort. It is the least-performant capture method, and can cause many issues as well as very easily allow personal information to go out on stream or be included in the recording unintentionally.
 
well the thing is I do have a Nvidia gpu but it says that I dont when I try to go to the control panel I have the option but it says that I cannot enter
 
now I understood that the nvidia control panel doesn't exist anymore but how those that change the instructions?
