Scheduled broadcast problem

I using the latest version of OBS Studio OBS-Studio-27.1.3-Full-Installer-x64
OS Windows8.1 x64

I trying to use the account link feature within the program
After adjusting broadcast settings and when I try to start broadcasting I get this error
