Schedule Recording and Keep 7 days back

Hello;
How to schedule the recording to be every day starting from 8 AM - 4 PM for the PC desktop?
Also, how to delete the recording that is older than 7 days?
Moreover, how I can control the size of the recoding file, I hope if to make it less so we can save storage memory and avoid overflow.
