Question / Help Scenes keep getting deleted

My scenes keep getting deleted in OBS this is the second time it's happened in the past 10 days, it's starting to get annoying anyway to stop it from doing this?

What version? Perhaps somehow the deletion is being triggered by some means you're not meaning intentionally? I really need steps to replicate.
