Scene Slideshows

Hello fellow OBS users and valued devs,

I am in the need of a special kind of slideshow that slides between two or more different scenes. I tried numerous workarounds for this to no avail. I think it would be a wonderful addition to the already awesome OBS Studio.

Is this something that can be worked on / possible?

Can you explain a bit more about what you are wanting? Do you just want to be able to add a slide transition between scenes, or do you need transitions between scenes to be timed/automated? Why do you need to do this with scenes instead of the VLC source or image slideshow? What exactly are you trying to do?

Of course, I'll explain further.

Now, we currently have image slideshows as a source, right? Imagine a slideshow doing the exact same thing, but instead of sliding pictures, it slides different scenes one after another.

This way, I could have for example two browser sources, a few images and some text just transition one after another in a bounding box.

I make good use of Scenes as sources, and this would be a really fancy feature that no other streaming software has, as far as I know.

If not possible, no problem. You guys still rock :D
