Question / Help Scene is split in half vertically, duplicating source

Had trouble with OBS upon opening - would not connect with video device. Reinstalled and now there is a split scene screen and one of the cameras is being shown in duplicate. Can you advise. thanks!

first log multiple changes of base obs settings without restart ^^
and second log idk
you have configured your device in OBS?
all preset made settings in the device software mostly worst you need to setup the drive in the internal settings
if you add one source like the log show and you see a splitscreen it sounds like wrong settings
