Scene Collections aren't being created and renaming deletes them.

When I create a new one, it shows a fresh new collection in OBS but there is no collection name under Menu > Scene Collection and no .json files are created in C:\Program Files\obs-studio\config\obs-studio\basic\scenes If I rename a collection I already have, the .json files for that collection in that folder disappear.
OBS v30.2.3 in Portable Mode
