Scene collection vs. Scenes

I am not sure if I am posting this in the right spot, if not let me know.
Is there any way to take a scene from your scene collection (the ones in the drop down menu at the top) and add them to a scene inside of a scene I am working on so that I can do transitions between them? or was I supposed to build all of my scenes in one scene? That sounds super confusing but I hope it makes sense.

Scene collections are completely independent from each other. Only the scenes in the current scene collection are available. Scenes in other scene collections are not present and completely unavailable unless you switch to their scene collection.
To transition between scenes and to refer to other scenes, the scenes need to be in the same scene collection.

See scene collections like this:
Consider you have two identities. One is your professional identity and you design scenes for creating educational videos and for zoom meetings. Your other identity is a gamer after work. You stream your favorite shooter game.
So you create one scene collection with all scenes for your professional identity and the other for the scenes for your gamer identity, so the scenes within never spill to the other identity.

Thank you so much for the reply. It looks like I just built it wrong from the beginning. Time to re-do a bunch of stuff :)
