I just installed OBS last night on my Flex 14 (i5 8265U W10). I have an Elgato Gaming HD and August VGB500 external HDMI capture device plugged in via USB. Both devices and OBS seem to be working well until I started creating multiple scenes with some varying overlays & disabled devices between the scenes. When adding devices to my additional scenes, I used the "existing" devices. I also assigned hotkeys for switching between scenes.
Scene 1 (ctrl z) Elgato full screen, August disabled
Scene 2 (ctrl x) Elgato full screen, August overlayed
Scene 3 (ctrl c) Elgato disabled, August full screen
Scene 4 (ctrl v) Similar to #2 with different overlay
The problem shows itself while switching between scenes, the one device will get duplicated on a scene. Usually it's the August device that get duplicated on scene 2 with the overlay size/position from scene 4.
Any tips/hints/suggestions to solve this? Should the scenes with disabled devices rather have them removed?
