Scene Browser Link Not Working

On previous OBS install on Windows 10 computer, was able to add this link to scene with success. Since installing OBS on new Windows 10 computer with same scenes, unable to add with success.
Am I missing something?

Followed above suggestions without success. Opened url link on same computer running same version of windows and browser as OBS Studio. Displayed perfectly. Problem must be a setting in OBS.....anyone have OBS settings suggestions to try? Scene type of settings?

And if you right-click and interact with the source to click on the cookie popup?
