Scene animation question

Hi and thanks in advance for taking a look at this. So I found a thread that attempts to work around this issue, but the problem is I want to animate a semi-transparent UI chat box in OBS and have things pop in with delays. Here's what I want to do:
  • Switch to Scene A
    • Play an animated .mov file (a UI chat box animating in) that is 1 second long (the source file is at 50% opacity in After Effects)
    • Display an image file (of the static UI chat box) that is also at 50% opacity AFTER the video file is done playing
    • Display a browser source (restream chat) 1 second AFTER the chat box image displays
This was the best way I could figure out to create the effect I want. If there is another way to achieve this, please let me know. I don't know how to code, so that's off the table.

I didn't get to edit my original post in time. I was curious if it was also possible to fake an animation of a specific element like my example above. Maybe it could be done in a nested scene so that I could do a sequence of things in the scene I posted about above (activate a UI box animating in [1 sec long] > display a static UI box image> activate a window/display/game capture after 1 second? The difference here is I could use a button on my stream deck to turn this UI element on and off.
