Before the update, everything was working correctly but after updating to 31.0.1 the UI elements didn't scale correctly. if the primary monitor scaling is set to 100% while the second is 150% some of the UI elements will be cut or squashed together on the secondary monitor
but if the primary is set to 150% and the secondary is set to 100% there will be an excessive amount of empty space on the secondary monitor
in my conclusion, OBS uses the scaling set by the primary monitor but not the monitor that it is in (and yes I tried it without having stream elements installed it had the same issue)
