I've been trying to set up the streamlabs alerts for a friend. We have a set of png images of a dog for the different alerts, but for some reason if we try the alerts in his OBS the images get vertically aligned to the center and resized, while in my OBS the same alerts link aligns the images to the bottom and doesn't resize them.
Given that we are using the same link with the same settings, the difference must be in some adjustment in OBS but I can't find what it is.
