Scale Active Layer hotkey

You can nudge an active layer left, right, up, down with the arrow keys. Would you be able to make a zoom (keeping ratio) hot key like + - ? We use obs to do screen capture and then NDI out of a remote guest platform. We are overscanning and panning the screen capture layer to get the best shot.
