Question / Help Says I'm live, but not streaming?

Completely new to this, but trying to connect to mixer.com and while it says I'm live the stream isn't going up when I check. So I was wondering if someone with more experience might be able to lend me a hand in figuring out the issue?
The 'test' phase worked fine, and I had a friend notice I was broadcasting through it, but trying to send actual video seems to get me nothing. Thanks very much in advance for any help you can offer; I really appreciate it.

hi there, from the log it looks like mixer is 'deliberately' delaying your output, try messing with mixer's website/settings to find a possible solution. Other than that make sure your stream key is correct and everything hardware/network wise is in order. (you had dropped AND skipped frames in the little time you were "online")

dropped = network issue, skipped = hardware or player issue (for things like twitch or youtube)
