Say's I have Encoder and Render Lag

Just wanted to check If this Is normal, it say's I have 2.2% render and encoder lag, I have no Idea what would be causing this so Is this just normal? I'm not even playing a game on the PC just streaming a console game too so would be grateful if there any help. I don't think 2% Is a big deal but it say's encoder overload too which shouldn't be happening on my 3080ti at least I don't think so while not even playing a game. Log attached.

Every system is different and every component may have it's own issues.
Try restarting the computer (not turn off and on) and see is this helps. Also, set the FPS at 60.
